Unfortunately I don't have an online store yet where I sell my products. Even so, if you are interested in buying a pluplush you can send me an email Sara.Nysten@telenet.be with your order and pay me via my bank account or paypal account. If you want to buy a pluplush be sure to read the shipping methods, payment methods and FAQ underneath this text.

SELLING INFORMATION CLAY FIGURES

S H I P P I N G   M E T H O D S

Customers can choose between two shipping methods.

1. Regular shipping

With this shipping method you receive your package within the 4-10 working days. This shipping method costs € 11,50 (16,17 USD) and ships to every country in the world. This shipping doesn't include an insurance or a tracking number!

2. Shipping with EMS

With this shipping method you receive your package within the 2-9 working days. This shipping method provides a tracking service which allows you to follow up your package as it travels towards you. It also includes an insurance. This shipping method has different costs for different countries:

- For shipping within Belgium it costs € 8,50 (11,95 USD)

- For shipping to the Netherlands and Luxemburg it costs € 11,50 (16,17 USD)

- For shipping to Bulgary, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, italy,Lithuania, latvia, Austria, Portugal, poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Sweden, United kingdom it costs € 19,5 (27,42 USD)

In other countries then the ones mentioned before the EMS shipping method isnot available.

P A Y I N G   M E T H O D S

Customers can shoose between 2 shipping methods

1. Transfer the money to my bank account.

With this payment method, i give you my bank account number and you only have to transfer the money, for your order, to this bank account number. I strongly recommend this payment method since it doesn't cost you or me extra money.

2. Transfer the money to my paypal account

With this payment method i give you my paypal account name, and then you have to transfer the money to this account. This payment method cost you € 1 (1,40 USD). This is because, when I receive money from you, paypal takes a share of that. So i actually get less money then what you give me. And the 1 euro cost is a way to earn that money back.

E X A M P L E S

1. You're from America and you want to get your pluplush shipped to your house. You also decide to pay the order with paypal:

-As we look at the shipping methods, the EMS shipping method isn't available for America, so this person has to ship his pluplush with the first method. This method costs € 11,50 (16,17 USD)

-Since this person choose the paypal paying method he has to pay a € 1 (1,40 USD) extra cost.

So the total price he has to pay is:

€ 11,99(pluplush)  +  € 11,5 (shipping) +  € 1 (paypal paying method)  = € 24, 49

16,86 USD (pluplush) + 16,17 USD (shipping) + 1,40 USD (paypal paying method) = 34,43 USD

2. You're from the United Kingdom and you want your pluplush shipped to your house. You also decide to pay via the bank account paying method:

- As we look at the shipping methods, we see that the two shipping methods are available for the United Kingdom. So this person can choose between normal shipping or shipping with EMS. Let's say he wants to have his pluplush shipped with EMS. When we look back to the shipping methods we can see that the costs for shipping a pluplush with EMS to the United Kingdom is  € 19,5 (27,42 USD).

- Since this person choose the bank account paying option no extra cost is charged. 

So the total price this person has to pay is:

€ 11,99(pluplush) + € 19,5(shipping) = € 31,49

16,86 USD (pluplush) + 27,42 USD(shipping) = 44,28 USD

How is the pluplush packaged when it is shipped?

-I put the pluplush in a brand new, decent cardboard box. The pluplush himself is protected with bubble wrap which I put inside of the box.
Do the costs op the shipping rise when i want to order more pluplush's?

-Yes the shipping costs on this page are for one pluplush. If you want to order more pluplush's contact me and i'll tell you how much the shipping cost is for you.

How can we contact you for more information, placing our order, getting the paypal/bank account information, telling you our shipping adress?

If you want to order something send me an email telling me:

     What you want to order (how many pluplush's and which exacly)

     How you want your pluplush to be shipped

     How you want to pay

     The adress to where it should be shipped

Then I reply you with an order number and the fitting payment information. When you eventually pay me please include the order number I gave you in the message including the payment!

When do you start making my pluplush?

-After i receive your payment i start making the pluplush, please note that this takes 3-5 working days since the clay and polish need to dry. If it would take longer then 3-5 days I'll personally send you an email to inform you.

I send you your charm in an enveloppe. I also put extra protection around it. The charm gets send with prior.

Shipping to Belgium €1.42/ 2,04 USD

Shipping to Europa  €3.09/4,44 USD

Shipping to the rest of the world  €3.60/5,17 USD

1. You're from America and you want to get your charm shipped to your house. You also decide to pay the order with paypal:

-As we look at the shipping this costs  €3.60/5,17 USD

-Since this person choose the paypal paying method he has to pay a € 1 (1,40 USD) extra cost.

So the total price he has to pay is:

€ 2,99 (charm)  +  €3.60 (shipping) +  € 1 (paypal paying method)  = € 7,59

4,30 USD (charm) + 5,17 USD (shipping) + 1,40 USD (paypal paying method) = 10,87 USD

2. You're from the United Kingdom and you want your charm shipped to your house. You also decide to pay via the bank account paying method:

- As we look at the shipping this costs  €3.09/4,44 USD.

- Since this person choose the bank account paying option no extra cost is charged. 

So the total price this person has to pay is:

€ 2,99 (charm)+  €3.09 (shipping) = € 6,08

4,30 USD (charm) + 4,44 USD(shipping) = 8,74 USD
